Should be a people person, and be able to talk and mix with a group of people of all ages.
Openness towards both small as well as big events. (eg- Trekking and Backpacking Trips)
Keenness to explore new places and gather require details from the pilot trips.
Understand social media networking and willing to learn more and spread awareness about our events
